Hello! That’s me, Lauren!
I started Retig Productions in 2022, and what began as a passion quickly grew into something much bigger. In June 2024, I took the jump into full-time wedding filmmaking, and it’s been the most rewarding decision I’ve made. Over the past year, my own life has changed in incredible ways—I got engaged, and my partner and I welcomed our baby girl into the world. Experiencing those milestones has completely deepened the way I see the weddings I film. I understand more than ever how meaningful these moments are, and that perspective guides everything I create.
My approach to wedding videography is simple: I want to tell your story as honestly and naturally as possible. I focus on real emotions, genuine interactions, and all the small details that make your day uniquely yours. I’m not there to stage every moment—I’m there to capture the ones that matter and preserve them in a way that feels true to who you are.
Since going full time, I’ve dedicated myself to continually leveling up my craft—refining my storytelling, improving my editing style, and investing in gear that lets me deliver films couples can treasure for decades. I also pride myself on being a calm, supportive presence on the day itself. My goal is to blend in, make you feel comfortable, and let things unfold naturally while I capture the magic as it happens.
Retig Productions is built on heart, connection, and a genuine love for preserving life’s most meaningful moments. I’m grateful for every couple who trusts me with their story, and I can’t wait to create something special for you.
